Announcement on the Revision of Retirement Age
GlobalWafers Japan Co., Ltd. revised its personnel system effective April 1, 2026, raising the mandatory retirement age from 60 to 65 and enabling employees to continue working under reemployment arrangements until the age of 70.
Through this revision, we aim to create a work environment in which experienced employees, who have cultivated valuable knowledge and expertise over many years, can maintain high
motivation and continue contributing for a longer period of time.
GlobalWafers Japan will continue to grow together with its employees and remains committed to creating a workplace that is both comfortable to work in and rewarding.
Personal information received from customers will be used only for
responding to inquiries.
Please note that inquiries received on Saturdays, Sundays,
national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and other company
holidays will be answered on the next business day or later.
